The fastest way is to send us a direct message on WhatsApp with your planned trip dates. Our base team checks water flow on the Kelani River daily and will give you honest advice.
Q.Do I need to book in advance or can I walk in?
While walk-ins at our Pitawala base are welcome, we strongly recommend booking 24–48 hours in advance — especially for weekend trips and peak season (May–August) to guarantee guide and raft availability.
Q.Can you arrange transport from Colombo, Kandy, or Ella?
Yes! We can coordinate private air-conditioned car or van transfers directly from Colombo airport, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, or Ella straight to our Kithulgala base.
Q.What should I bring for rafting and canyoning?
Bring quick-drying swimwear or shorts, t-shirt, change of dry clothes, towel, and securely fitting footwear (sneakers or strap sandals that can get wet). Safety gear (helmets & PFDs) is fully provided.
